These retreats are exclusively for our Minded Society members! Our Mindees are a fabulous group of women from all over the US between the ages of 30-60+ who are kind, supportive, love to have fun, and learn together. If you haven’t already, be sure to sign up for our club membership so you can join the fun! 

Every year we pick a new destination! We went to Charleston, SC in 2024, Portland, ME in 2025…and we’ll see where the wind takes us this year.

All your breakfasts, meals, snacks, and drinks at the house rental are included in your retreat package. Any meals eaten out are not covered.

All dietary restrictions are considered with care as we create the menu for our Airbnb meals. You’ll will be invited to share these details as we near the date.

Our retreat accommodations are designed to foster connection, camaraderie, and unforgettable memories. Depending on our rental, we typically offer private rooms (limited) and shared rooms with double queens, bunks, or king beds.

We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending the retreat after registering. Please note that all payments for the retreat are non-refundable. Should you choose not to attend, your payment will not be refunded.

Additionally, participants are committed to completing all payments as scheduled. Refunds for prior payments will not be issued in the event of cancellation or non-attendance.

We encourage you to carefully consider your commitment to attending the retreat before registering. If you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for clarification.

While we do not anticipate having to cancel this retreat for any reason, IF for any reason the retreat cannot be held during our set date, we would reschedule the retreat for a later date and all ticket holders would be able to apply their ticket to the rescheduled date.
