Frequently Asked Questions

Once you sign up and create your account, you’ll fill out your member profile, submit your mailing address so we know where to send your first Minded Post, and say hi to your new friends in Circle. đź’Ś

 

New members are welcome anytime! We close each month’s mailing on the 18th, so if you join by the 18th your first Minded Post ships that same month. Join after the 18th and your first letter goes out the following month. But trust us, it’s worth the wait!

 

Our memberships are $11 per month or $111 per year. Member dues don’t cover in-person activities that require tickets like community pop-ups and retreats.

 

Your $11/month covers The Minded Post (your monthly physical letter, delivered straight to your door), access to our Circle community, monthly Zoom events, book club, and community challenges. Fees also cover administrative expenses and system maintenance. In-person retreats are not included.

 

Members will receive emails and announcements in our members-only Circle community about upcoming events and details, such as dates, times, themes, rules, and location/virtual access codes.

 

You can cancel anytime directly from your Circle account. Just log in, go to your Account > Billing and follow the prompts to manage or cancel your membership. If you ever have trouble or can’t find it, you can also email us at hello@mindedsociety.com and we’re happy to cancel your membership for you.

 

We do not offer refunds.
